Each user is permitted to hold one active account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.

All content on the 495 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, images, software, and layout, is the exclusive property of 495 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from 495. The 495 brand name and logo are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorisation.
Account Policy — Suspension and Closure
495 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a user account at any time where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraud, or suspicious activity. In the event of a suspension, any valid account balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the investigation, subject to identity verification procedures. Users may also request to close their own account by contacting 495 customer support.
